We deliberately do not advise on everything. In return, we know the courts involved, the usual procedures and the points where, in our experience, things get stuck.
After a dismissal you have three weeks to file suit. We check right away whether the deadline is still running, what your case is realistically worth and whether a settlement would serve you better. For employees and small businesses alike.
We first establish what the numbers clearly show, and only then what the dispute is really about. That takes the heat out of the conflict and spares the children above all.
After an accident that was not your fault, the other side’s insurer normally covers our fee as well. We work out what you are actually entitled to instead of accepting the first offer.
Six weeks to disclaim an estate, three years to claim a forced share: inheritance law runs on deadlines most people only hear about once they have nearly expired. We would rather arrange matters in advance than litigate later.
The service charge statement has to arrive within twelve months, otherwise any additional claim is usually lost. We review statements, notices and owners’ resolutions, for tenants and landlords alike.

Founded the firm in 1998 together with Markus Sander. Guides separations so that as little scorched earth as possible remains at the end, especially where children are involved. Also advises on inheritance law, ideally before any dispute arises.
