Founder · BeauticianSophie founded Hautzeit in 2014, after training years in Düsseldorf and an advanced qualification in device-based skincare. She still treats clients herself, every single day, because she says you only understand skin by touching it. Every new client starts with her, for the skin analysis and an honest conversation.

Common questions
I have never been to a beauty studio. How do I start?
The free skin analysis is the best place to start. We look at your skin, you tell us what bothers or interests you, and afterward you know exactly which treatment is worth it for you. You take on no obligation at all.
I have sensitive skin. Is that a problem?
No, though it is good for us to know. We work with well tolerated product lines, test anything new on the inner arm first and deliberately choose milder options for sensitive skin. Please tell us as well if you have allergies or are currently under medical treatment.
Can I move or cancel an appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, by phone or by message. After that we have to charge for part of the treatment, because the slot was blocked for other clients. We are human about it though: if something serious comes up, we talk.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, as an open amount or for a particular treatment. You get them beautifully wrapped in the studio, or digitally by email to print yourself. Vouchers are valid for three years.
What happens at my first appointment?
Come ten minutes early, then there is time for a tea and the short intake form. After that we talk through the treatment, you make yourself comfortable on the couch, and from then on there is nothing left for you to do. Afterward you take home a few tips for your own care, entirely without sales pressure.
